dear stephanie,
we really appreciate you taking a saturday morning to draw beautiful pictures of dinosaurs for our classroom. dinosaurs are definitely our favorite thing we've learned about all year, and we talk about your dinosaur illustrations during class everyday. some of us really like the guy with the spikes on his back, others prefer the dino with wings.
you are so artistic and talented and so kind to share your skills with us. we do hope you'll come visit us someday...and perhaps stay forever to be our teacher? we think you might be more fun than mr. roberson. that lady is mean sometimes...she makes us walk in a straight line, zip our own jackets, and only sometimes does she roar like a dinosaur or flap her wings when we command her to do so.
would you roar every single time we asked? probably. because you're just that fun-loving. or at least that's what ms. robinson says when she talks about you. anyways, thanks for our pretty pictures. you're great.

ps aren't our writing skills fantastic? maybe that robinson character isn't such a bad teacher after all. we're on, like, a seventh grade writing level or something.
